At Westside Bathrooms, we pride ourselves on the customer services we offer to all customers & potential customers alike. Unlike many websites, we have a dedicated team of customer services, sales and support staff who are available Monday to Friday (9 am to 5 pm) on the telephone at 01472 266100 or contactable via e-mail at info@westsidebathrooms.co.uk. Whether you are in the first stages of your Buyers Journey or a returning customer, the customer services team at Westside Bathrooms provides first-class service at every step of the way.

We understand that buying Bathroom Products can be a daunting task, and our aim at Westside Bathrooms is to make this as trouble-free and easy as possible whilst reassuring you of your purchase. Do you wish to check whether the shower tray size will fit your shower enclosure? Or do you have a technical question about whether a particular shower will work with your combi boiler? At Westside Bathrooms, our dedicated and experienced team of customer service staff can answer these questions, providing reassurance, advice and answer any installation or fitting questions you might have on the telephone or by e-mail. We also have an online form to complete to Contact Us if required.

As a previous customer of Westside Bathrooms, you may wish to contact us regarding your purchase.

There may be an additional item you would like to purchase, e.g. a Flipper Panel for a shower screen or a specific waste cover for a  shower tray. Our Customer Services team can help point you in the right direction for the compatible product.

There may be the rare, unfortunate event that a product arrives damaged or your product develops a fault through use. In these unusual cases, our support staff are there to help you navigate the process of replacing or refunding items and can discuss specific details with you on the telephone or through e-mail. How experienced are the Customer Support Team?

Westside Bathrooms has been delivered on the back of our parent company, a well-established, family-owned business serving North East Lincolnshire for over 38 years. The company employs 23 staff across several sites, covering many roles, from bathroom fitting to content creation and warehouse operatives.

At Westside Bathrooms, we have five members of staff handling the telephone lines and e-mail communications, offering advice from technical support and support with your order to after-sales care. Staff have up to 40 years of experience within the industry.

I need to contact Customer Services about my order – is there any information I need?

If you contact us, please have your order number, order date and name on your order at hand when you call us on 01472 266100 or by e-mail/contact form. Your order number will help speed up the response we can provide to you.

To help us deal with your query as quickly as possible, please have as much information as possible. If an item is damaged, having photos helps the team rectify these issues quickly and swiftly.
